Every summer, I volunteered to help my church with VBS.

• Managed groups of children during various activities, maintaining a safe and orderly environment for all participants.
• Led small group discussions on biblical themes, fostering critical thinking skills among young learners.
• Worked with parents to ease transitions at beginning and end of VBS.
• Sang Bible songs with children to reinforce lessons.
• Led arts and crafts for different age groups
• One year was the lead mascot, dressed up to do skits to get kids interested in the Bible lessons for VBS.

I helped our church out in multiple areas through my youth group yearly.

• Each fall, we unloaded and sold pumpkins to raise funds for mission projects and trips.
• Attended outreach events by working at food banks, clothing closets, diaper banks, and children's homes.
• Spent a week at Tekoa Foothills building porches, ramps, chicken coops, etc for low income families
• .Enhanced community engagement by organizing and leading local clean-up events.
• Assisted in disaster relief efforts, ensuring timely distribution of aid and supplies.
• Put meals together for Rise Against Hunger
