I currently tutor students through Grade Potential Tutoring
Each student gets 1 hour of tutoring which includes one on one help with homework, provided extra worksheets, and a teacher that caters to their learning style.

Provide homework assistance using specific curriculum and materials.
Motivate students towards learning and studying to build self-confidence and reduce fear of failure.
Use personalized learning plans to guide students to deeper understanding of course material and learning styles.

Little Medical School

Unfortunately, this job was short lived because Little Medical School transferred to a different location
However, the time I did spend working included helping elementary students gain insight into what it means to be in the medical field
Taught students how to use basic surgeon tools and learn more terminology of healthcare providers.
Kept students on-task with proactive behavior modification and positive reinforcement strategies.
Worked cooperatively with other teachers, administrators, and parents to help students reach learning objectives.
Supported student physical, mental, and social development using classroom games and activities.

Maintained speed of service for food orders while minimizing errors and complaints.
My position started off as a runner, then I received the promotions of trainer to supervisor
Was required to handle a plentiful supply of responsibilities, but I truly loved every second of it
I worked part time, so it was easier for me to balance work and school along with other responsibilities that may arise
Being at Studio Movie Grill felt like a second home for me and I did my best to make sure that other new hires felt the same way
Since I was a trainer, new employees were required to complete training with me in order to fully prepare for the job
I gave them tours as well as giving them first hand examples of how to do each task that was required in their job description
As a supervisor, I monitored all employees, new and old, and dealt with any issues as it pertains to customer service
I spent my last few weeks here as a server and became top 15 at the company
My ability to listen and negotiate has earned me personal mentions and reviews on our company's website and social media platforms
I was able to maintain having this job while being an A and B student
Worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items.
Cultivated warm relationships with regular customers.
Oversaw daily operations of service team, delegated tasks, and trained new staff.
