I organize practices and competition schedules with Kinsale staff, parents and athletes. I am responsible for all correspondence with parents regarding daily practices and weekly meets. I currently use the Team Snap app along with text and email to convey weekly information for upcoming events.

I meet with the parents and athletes to discuss their goals and expectations. I work daily at practice with children 5-13 years of age.

• Hosted dive championships this past season, with around 100 kids. Meet went very well and was able to be organized to get finished in a timely manor.
