• As a overnight worker I were assigned certain room the residents were in bed and a few was up in which I had to keep a close eye on them. I did my every 2-hour routine check on the residents that were assigned to me, Tom wore diapers and which I had to check and change when needed at 6 am. I got the residents up assisted them with they daily living hygiene assistance with dressing and assisted them to the cafeteria for breakfast. While they were eating breakfast I changed their bed linen to clean linen. And at the end of my shift at 8 I had to make sure all my reports was done on each person that were assigned to me
