I have a diverse professional background that blends coaching, operations, customer service, and technology. Currently, I work as a track coach, where I develop training programs, mentor athletes, and foster teamwork and discipline. Alongside this, I serve as an order filler at Walmart, where I’ve gained experience in fast-paced environments, inventory handling, and maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Previously, I worked in a call center supporting a school, where I strengthened my communication skills by assisting students and staff, resolving issues, and managing high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency.

Academically, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Information Technology, along with a minor in Cybersecurity Operations. I’ve also earned certifications in Data Analytics, Google Cybersecurity, and Digital Studies, which have equipped me with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
