My name is Lance Martin. I am 22 years old and I am born on the island of Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands but live in Oregon. I am also seeking for a caregiving job. I'm looking for a caregiving job because I love to help and care for the elderly. I am a responsible and a reliable worker. I got strong communication skills and I am very compassionate. I tend to make sure the group I work with all help each other to get tasks done. Growing up, I was raised with my grandparents and when they got older my siblings and I started to take care of them. Since then I've always loved to help the elderly because it reminds me of times when I would take care of my grandparents.
