Lance Rayburn

I am currently serving as the Operations Manager for Synergistic Software Inc. My responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and management while also troubleshooting client issues as well as database management. I am the manager of all customer accounts inventory procurement and distribution. I also manage the office expenses and accounting for the entire company. I have also attended more than 1,500 hours of law enforcement training and have dedicated 12 years to that line of work. I thrive in both independentdetail-oriented and team-based work environments and feel that any obstacle has an achievable solution. I consider myself to be extremely detail oriented, and a fast learner. I possess the desire to continuously grow my skill set.
