• Maintained accurate Trader/Gen-Desk logs in compliance with both NV Energy and NERC/FERC guidelines
• Provided unit commitment dispatches to Balancing Authority as well as buy/sell block pricing stacks to Real-Time Trader on an hourly basis using PCI
• Monitored and maintained real-time gas burns for Northern and Southern systems in accordance with daily windows and pipeline conditions
• Responsible for testing/troubleshooting PCI on a real-time basis
• Assisted in onboarding/training new personnel onto the Gen-Desk
• Executed hourly submissions of optimized base schedules and bidding strategies for generation (including newly acquired battery energy storage systems) into the CAISO/EIM on behalf of NV Energy
• Compiled, analyzed, and forecasted both North and South (7-day) system loads for use as the foundation on relevant Day-Ahead Unit Commitment Dispatch Sheets.
• Issued any must buy/sell positions and in-depth block pricing stacks to Day-Ahead Trader
• Maintained and updated iTOA system to reflect current and future asset derates, outages, and testing schedules

• Provided operational support for high-volume financial institution
• Accessed computerized financial information to answer questions related to specific accounts
• Processed and serviced various lines of credit such as home equity loans, business lines of credit, and auto loans
• Enhanced the operational risk application to capture regulatory findings from agencies such as SEC and OCC
• Reviewed and edited loan agreements to ensure accuracy
• Complied with regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, OFAC, USA Patriot Act, Privacy Act and Community Reinvestment Act
