As Project Manager at Camp Construction my main priority is to develop and initiate projects, manage costs, and monitor performances. My daily tasks and responsibilities includes:

• Maintain open communication by presenting regular updates on project status to customers.
• Achieve project deadlines by coordinating with contractors to manage performance.
• Orchestrate projects within strict timeframes and budget constraints by solving complex problems and working closely with senior leaders.
• Oversaw high profile projects by planning, designing, and scheduling phases.
• Run service and warranty jobs.
• Run commercial ground up projects.
• Run exterior renovation projects.
• Oversaw over 30 million dollars in work at Camp Construction.

As the superintendent at Camp construction my main priority is to maintain a high level of coordination between subcontractors and vendors to coordinate completion of jobs and tasks for all projects assigned to me. My daily tasks and responsibilities includes:

• Proficient in Microsoft NAV software to include the creation of Purchase orders, change orders, and daily reports.
• Use of Microsoft Excel to create production trackers to keep an agreed upon timeline between client and Operations team.
• Handling the scheduling of subcontractors and vendors to complete projects within required timeframes.
• Perform regular job site observations to provide direction for subcontractor laborers and vendors.
• Supervise field crews to maximize quality and work efficiency.
• Completing punchlists, answering all questions,and conduct walk-throughs with clients prior to project close.
• Compile daily field report, detailing all key activities and outlining project progress for Clients.

As the project manager I attended to Water, Mold, Asbestos, Contents, and Fire property damage projects in commercial and residential properties. I was in charge of estimating and initiating rebuild projects through xactimate. I orchestrated projects within strict timeframes/ budget constraints by solving complex problems on multi million dollar homes by working closely with the in house crew, homeowner, and insurance adjusters. My job also included scheduling and monitoring the crews to maximize profits and keep morale high within my divisions .

Once the job was completed I was in charge of revising, invoicing, and collections.

Before being promoted to Project Manager I was the head forman for mold, asbestos, fire, and contents. I ran a crew of ten technician's daily. I was in charge of scheduling jobs with the customers and crews daily. I maintained and monitored all equipment and supplies on each of my teams tucks. I would supervise every job and keep the customer updated daily on the timeline for their specific job. I oversaw all timecards and bonuses for each of my team members.

While taking full time courses and playing collegiate football, I would work the night shifts. I was tasked with Grinding down parting lines in the automotive factory production line. My job was to complete a certain amount of parts (50-200 pieces per hour)while Maintaining factory satisfaction.
