As the project manager I attended to Water, Mold, Asbestos, Contents, and Fire property damage projects in commercial and residential properties. I was in charge of estimating and initiating rebuild projects through xactimate. I orchestrated projects within strict timeframes/ budget constraints by solving complex problems on multi million dollar homes by working closely with the in house crew, homeowner, and insurance adjusters. My job also included scheduling and monitoring the crews to maximize profits and keep morale high within my divisions .

Once the job was completed I was in charge of revising, invoicing, and collections.

Before being promoted to Project Manager I was the head forman for mold, asbestos, fire, and contents. I ran a crew of ten technician's daily. I was in charge of scheduling jobs with the customers and crews daily. I maintained and monitored all equipment and supplies on each of my teams tucks. I would supervise every job and keep the customer updated daily on the timeline for their specific job. I oversaw all timecards and bonuses for each of my team members.
