Lab Experience

Undergraduate Research Lab

Research focused on mouse cytomegalovirus (MCMV), examining its infectivity and proliferation stages. Gained hands-on experience in passaging pure cell lines to maintain cellular integrity and prevent contamination. Also performed plasmid mini-preps to isolate and purify small quantities of plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures.

Auburn Core Labs
