Sales:

  • Lead the sales organization by way of virtual sales clinics, market visits, leadership onboarding, and regular skill-up sessions.
  • Partner with field leadership teams on the building out and facilitation of Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Present and ideate with Executive Leadership on strategic ways to optimize revenue performance and team member productivity.
  • Oversee the implementation, execution, and operational success of revenue-generating strategies.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership on field compensation and sales-driven bonus incentives to maximize individual and club productivity, engagement, and retention.

Operations:

  • Represent the Club Operations business vertical when working cross-functionally.
  • Provide requirements, prioritization, and final approval for IT development work that is either field-facing or impacts the day-to-day rhythm of a field operator.
  • Own the implementation and communication plan for all field-facing operational changes and/or updates.
  • Regularly facilitate content on National Calls for the field organization.

Data & Analytics:

  • Oversee the development roadmap and maintenance track all work performed by both internal and external team members.
  • In partnership with an outside consulting company, I led a multi-year effort to consolidate back-end data to a single-source data lake governed by a company-issued data dictionary.
  • Strong ability to work with big data and present it in a simplified manner by exporting data into Excel or by leveraging data sets and building dashboards in Power BI.
