Clinical Microbiology Lab

This lab taught students how to test hazardous bacteria is an aseptic manner. We learned to used upwards of 35 different chemical test in order to identify specific bacteria.


Cell Biology Lab

Through this lab I learned many different biological test such as Western Blots and Reverse PCR. The goal was to add a new gene at our gene of interest and test the effects of different stress conditions on this gene.
