Front End:

• Providing friendly and adequate customer service at the checkstand, self-checkout, or service center, and handling price issues with management
• Providing assistance with product location/information whenever necessary
• Ensuring all items are properly placed at the correct location and having knowledge of where things are located
• Understanding current sales and promoting customer loyalty programs
• Gathering carts, bagging groceries, sweeping hourly, and cleaning any spills that happen

Bakery:

• Pushing current ad item and having bread out at 4, 5, and 6pm
• Ensuring department counters, floors and trash are clean
• Cleaning and drying dishes
• Making food production and pushing case production onto sales floor
• Having knowledge of prices and ingredients
• Assisting customers with packaging cakes and taking orders for future custom cakes

Deli:

• Packaging food for customers and making food production
• Cleaning department counters slicers, and floors
• Cleaning dishes, oven, hot case, windows, and fryer

Front end:

• Stay up to date with all procedures depending on the current work site
• Attempt to deescalate any situations that may arise and escalate to management if necessary

• Escorting and monitoring contractors within the work area, while staying alert and attentive at all times
• Ensuring a safe work environment and proper entry/exit at assigned posts by ensuring all who enter badge green on badge readers
• Providing all team members their required breaks and lunches on time and provide courtesy breaks
• Stay up to date with all procedures depending on the current work site
• Attempt to deescalate any situations that may arise and escalate to management if necessary
