As a Delivery Associate for an Amazon DSP. I take pride in my appearance, proudly wearing my uniform knowing im delivering a great service and experience to all of our customers.

This position requires safe operations of fleet vehicles to transport and deliver parcels to customers in Residential, and Commercial locations. Ensuring safety, and accuracy in very fast-paced working conditions. We also maintain the condition of our fleet vehicles, making sure to keep them clean and in great condition. In addition, this role also highly enforces

on-road safety. Ensuring we obey traffic laws, and follow posted speed limits at all times throughout our shifts.

Lift Operator

As a Lift Operator, I played a key role in warehouse operations, utilizing an on-board scanner to efficiently retrieve product, and fulfill delivery orders. I was responsible for accurately retrieving items for same-day customer pick-ups and ensuring timely order completion. Additionally, I received incoming furniture shipments, carefully inspecting and placing them in designated storage locations within the warehouse. This role required a strong focus on precision, organization, and safety while operating lift equipment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

CPU Associate

As a Customer Pick-Up Associate, I provided exceptional service by greeting customers and assisting with their furniture pick-up needs. MY responsibilities included utilizing computer systems to accurately input data, process orders, an d schedule same-day item retrievals. I coordinated with Lift Operators to ensure the timely and efficient pulling of products, maintaining organization and accuracy in a fast-moving environment. This role required strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering a positive customer experience.

As a customer care associate at Dover Pools, I provided exceptional service by greeting customers, processing transactions, and assisting with product selection. My responsibilities included operating the register to scan items, accept payments, and handle checks while ensuring accuracy in financial tasks, such as preparing daily bank deposits.

I conducted water sample testing to diagnose chemical imbalances,

and provided customers with detailed instructions alongside product recommendations to maintain clear and balanced water quality.

In addition to customer service. I managed warehouse operations by receiving shipments,utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize products, and ensuring the warehouse remained well- organized and fully stocked. This role required strong customer service skills, technical expertise, attention to detail, and great communication and teamwork.
