Lane Johnson

• Source and procure all needed raw materials, MRO consumables, and line maintenance parts for plant.
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships.
• Ensure a monthly budget is met. Work to create cost savings where possible.
• Schedule and optimize the preventative maintenance work on the bottling lines and injection machines.
• Ensure proper inventory levels for raw materials and spare machine parts are met.

• Gain experience in the purchasing, scheduling, and project management departments of the company.

Buyer

• Work with-in the ERP system to order "time-phase" materials for upcoming projects.
• Ensure that all materials arrive to meet strict project deadlines. Communicate any issues.
• Manage blanket PO's for hardware and other consumables.

Scheduling Coordinator

• Attend project launch meetings to discuss materials, dates, and cost.
• Load projects into the ERP system.
• Ensure that all PO due dates align with demand for jobs.

Project Management

• Handle and manage customer accounts.
• Manage customer orders from start to finish. (From production to installation in the field.)
• Work with engineering to approve prints and drawings with customers.
• Ensure that strict production and delivery dates are met.

• Test road construction materials (asphalt, stone, concrete, soil, etc..)
• Follow strict testing procedure processes.
• Log and upload test results to database.
