I have several years experience in customer service, including Jersey mikes as an assistant manager. My role this position was responsible for customer interaction and building rapport with customer as well as work with upset customers and complaints. I also have learned how to work with frustrated people and how to use deescalating tactics to communicate. I also have experience as a Park Ranger where I had to learn to use deescalating tactics on a large scale. I am passionate about working with animals of all shapes and sizes, Hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure entry-level zookeeper position.
