In my current position as a Phlebotomist Specimen processor, I am responsible for placing outpatient orders into the computer system
I'm also responsible for obtaining blood from inpatients such as the ER, ICU, and MED-SURG
This has taught me how to efficiently prioritize.
I have sat in on many phlebotomist candidate interviews and assisted in the hiring process of selecting phlebotomist.
I assist in training new phlebotomist which demonstrates my commitment to teamwork and place of the patients first.
