Excelling in patient care with compassion and standards raising percentages in 'Press Gainey" percentages from 2021 through the present day! Presently in charge of inventory and ordering of "Outpatient Diagnostic Center" in Kenner and assisting with ordering with several other locations. Managed and updated schedules in Excel for 20+ employees in three areas of Kenner laboratories, Kenner Core lab, Outpatient Lab, and Driftwood. Perform EKGs, in addition to phlebotomy and assist with "hard sticks" as needed. Assist and communicate with team members to ensure proper orders for accuracy, reducing redraws. Commutate, collaborate with leaders for staffing and inventory needs to keep workflow efficient and accurate for excellent patient care. Acquired lab assistant licensure credentials in 2024 and still in compliance. Evaluated as "High Performer" in 2019,2020,2021 and "EXCEPTIONAL" in 2022-24!
