- Met with students at the hospital the day before clinicals to assign patients for the following day.
- Pre & Post conferences, lead briefing sessions at the start and end of shifts to set clinical objectives, discussing and reviewing their Care Plans, discussing assigned patients and reflecting on the day's learning.
- Supervising, demonstrating and guiding LPN students in the healthcare settings, through bedside procedures, charting, and the application of the nursing process.
- Continuously assess student competency, provided constructive feedback and complete regular clinical evaluations.
