Working out

I work out about 3 times a week, I wake up in the morning extra motivated to run 1.5 miles, then I take a little break and go straight into weightlifting.  My personal best on weighted squats is 350 lbs, on bench press is 210 lbs, and on deadlifts is 500 lbs. As the time passes I'll keep improving myself and have the discipline to keep waking up in the morning to follow this routine until the day I can't no more or change it up.
