• Scheduled monthly safety topics and insured safety training was implemented to contract labor.
• Managed asset inventories such as pumping units, tubing, casing, tanks, electric motors, gas engines, and other large line-items.
• Scheduled gathering lines' yearly surface inspections for leak detection.

• Managed field operations in North Dakota, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Ohio, and Texas throughout Tracker’s startup to final sale.

Supervised gas & fractionation facilities in the Greeley, Colorado area which also included the gathering lines with the Greeley, Eaton, and Lucerne field compression. Also included was DEFS' gas testing lab.

Supervised the Ladder Creek Helium Plant assets which included helium liquification processes and associated gas gathering compression/pipelines in eastern Colorado and western Kansas.

Assisted in the construction and design of gas gathering compression, pipelines, construction of new liquid NGL line, and all gas meter and measurement equipment. Supervised the operations of the gas field compression, gas gathering lines and NGL sales line to the new constructed Ladder Creek Helium Plant.

Supervised oil and gas production which included creating operating budgets, optimizing production, insuring reliable well and facility runtimes, and safe work practices.

Troubleshoot well problems, both downhole and surface, which included running dynomometer tests, fluid levels, and bottomhole pressures with slick line gauges. Designed and sized rod strings and pumping unit requirements along with prime mover sizes.

Responsible for checking well sites, monitoring production, environmental compliance, and insuring all mechanical equipment was maintained. Performed required annual State testing and paperwork compliance.
