- Perform failure reporting to clients which involves communicating damage reports, reading and decoding data logs, virtual hands-on teardowns involving clients, as well as pinpointing the cause of the failure
- Perform in depth analysis and repair on the rotary steerable electronic control units for the oil & gas industry gathering down hole data and corrections for the drilling client
- Troubleshoot failure reports replacing circuit boards as well as performing real time data test using computer programs
- Install new software and programming the electronic to the client's specifications for their job
- Quality control - performing the final inspection of the equipment prior it's sent out on the job

- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians
