Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and quality control.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure project objectives are met in a timely fashion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Maintained detailed records of construction activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
- Responsible for managing the resources required for construction projects, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Supervised all subcontractors to include but not limited to; plumbing repairs/installation, electrical repairs/installation, painting, drywall, and ensured a safe and clean work environment were maintained.
