  • Originally brought on to be the Program Manager for a new Dialysis Healthcare client. The client kept pushing back the implementation due to other ongoing internal projects. While waiting for this client to sign the MSA, I floated and supported other clients such as Davita, Roper Healthcare, AHS, Cone Healthcare, AmeriHealth, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and more.
  • In March of 2023 was assigned to a new client, Pikeville Medical Center. Participated in the full implementation with the program going live July, 2023.
  • Program usage was very limited resulting in low headcount. The revenue and the lack of exclusivity resulted in my release from RightSourcing in October, 2023. The current and projected revenue could not support a dedicated Program Manager.
