  • Performs maintenance of claims, prepares orders, set wages, adjust previously awarded benefits, pays compensation for all types of lost time claims, documents all claim transactions & activity in daily production &/or claims diary system; complete progress reports; prepares claims for hearing & completes required actions when returned; represents or provides information at hearing proceedings regarding BWC claims when assigned
  • Provides information/ support to team members; explain BWC policies, procedures, & processes to BWC customers; makes presentations to BWC customers though seminars & workshops when assigned
  • Process C92/A applications from the beginning until resolution reached.
