Set up new Managed Services as Incubation initiative within Business applications to allow each implementation client to become a managed services client

End-to-end ownership at the operational level of sales, solutioning and delivery of new Dynamics 365 Managed services business

Assist local Managed Services teams to win more business by providing access to more skilled engineers and more competitive pricing

Define and roll out new Managed Services offerings to address all types of Dynamics 365 clients, resulting in 3 distinct global offerings that are all generally adopted.

• Led Global engineering team of 40 offshore and 5 onshore SDEs to deliver Dynamics 365 Software Packs and accelerators used across implementation projects
• Define monetization and licensing model used to Sell and License each Software Applications.
• Setup ongoing offshore support organization separate from engineering team to harden and improve existing version of each Software App.
• Often implementation projects were sold because Avanade offering additional features through having industry-specific Software apps available at project start

• Drive Dynamics 365 Industry Offerings in select industries to assist in selling more often and at a faster rate. Industries included Retail, Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities and Warehouse Mgmt.
• Own new initiative to offer Cloud hosted ERP and CRM solutions. At the time Microsoft didn't yet offer Azure based hosting, so Avanade went with 3rd party to offer this and I orchestrated the setup between hosting provider and client
• Invented a new program to adopt 3rd party Dynamics 365 applications into Avanade's standard solution designs. This resulted in a successful alliance program that exist to this day with 40+ ISVs included.

• Responsible for sales of Celenia's Dynamics 365 engineers to Microsoft's product group and select engineering partners.
• Define, negotiate and sell development contracts to Microsoft covering all Dynamics platforms
• Host procurement processes internally in Celenia to allow for competitive bidding
