  • Created a platform using Sharepoint for retail employees to have access to information including job postings, resume assistance, and interview prep.
  • Compiled a panel for corporate managers to present employee expectations in their department, elaborate on transferrable skills they sought in candidates, and the best positions to aim for when seeking to transition from retail to corporate.
