Since 2020 it has been Relentlss Rivers LLC sole mission to inspire, provide hope, and maximize community growth and outreach, by promoting inclusivity and Bridging the community gap through recreational events. Through the execution of this mission I have been responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with local organizations, schools, and sports programs to expand outreach initiatives.
• Leading a team of up to 75 staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment to drive organizational productivity.
• Measuring and analyzing program effectiveness through feedback and data collection, continuously improving outreach efforts.
• Managing budgets ranging from $4,000-35,000 for events
• Overseeing over 150 volunteers to successfully execute events.

Traveled the world for 10 years entertaining fans while embracing the essence of culture, advocating for diversity and inclusivity through recreational sports, and honing my skills of mass communication.
