Supervised patients on a secured psychiatric unit. Made rounds every half hour. Performed 1:1 supervision or q 15 min checks when needed. Passed meal trays and monitored patients while in the dining area. Supervised ADLs. Accompanied patients to appointments both in and out of the facility. Supervised group activities. Monitored medication pass. Interacted with families and visitors. Documented patients progress or concerns. Attended daily reports and/ or staff trainings as needed.

Assisting client with daily ADLs according to the care plan. Light cleaning,laundry, Running errands ie shopping. Providing support and companionship to the client.
