Duties for this role are leading a pack by example

• Training up new employees for order filling process
• Prepare classroom training to ensure employee is getting all knowledgeable support needed
• Being available for team members throughout work shift for any clarity on work
• Building up a non-experienced order filler to being one of the top fillers on the team
• Documenting all paperwork on fillers to keep track on how team members are doing and where more support is needed
• Researching bins for product and repeated offenders causing a harder workflow dock audit to ensure store retailers are kept happy when receiving their goods
• Challenging self to stay motivated and learn more daily to be more of a value to the company.
• Send out email updates on newly members resolve problems for new and existing members.
• Able to be versatile may train 3 to 4 individuals at once.

• Pick product throughout warehouse to fulfill store retailer’s orders
• Staying safe while working and maintaining a clean environment
• Traveled to work in other centers to help with heavy workload
• Certified on pallet rider / tugger and forklift operator
• Staying active and motivating to other team members to create an award-winning environment.
• Complete all documents before leaving staying safe throughout workday.
