- I assist homebuyers in the selection offerings by reviewing all options available to them. I offer my design expertise in space planning, color theory, scale and budget.
- I calculate the upgrade costs and collect payment on these options. I record all information gathered into multistep software programs, recording all pertinent information. Such as addendums, deposits and approvals.
- I perform many tasks as the liaison between the client, our many vendors, the sales counselor and management, to assure all information is transmitted. I do all of my assignments while meeting the fast paced deadlines and timelines. In addition, I am a team member by training and mentoring our team and new hires.

- I managed a custom design center and performed the roll of design consultant for various price point products. I maintained the design center's selections and maintained great relationships with all vendors. In addition, I was an assistant to many of the other designers and project managers, as well as the owner of the company. I was the communicator of company updates, information and meeting planner.
- Lastly, I was the resident expert of our company software, CoConstruct (now Builder Trend) and trained employees and homeowners on the use of this tool and the maintenance of it.

- In this position, I made design selections for commercial (specializing in retirement communities) and residential jobs. Working closely with all trades, the clientele and all budgets involved.
- I project managed and over saw installations through their completion. I assisted the company owner in countless tasks. Many of our projects were in various locations and many times logistics had to be coordinated. I made many of the decisions, selected vendors and handled specifics for these jobs.
