I have not worked in many places since my first job at sixteen, but the few I have worked I have been really good at. My ability to adapt, communicate, and find solutions to problems is what made me a good employee. The ability to know how to talk to people correctly is an important skill that I have and know how to apply. The ability to do a job is easy but the ability to do the job correctly takes effort. Effort is a key part of me because I refuse to not try my best in anything that I do.
