Assisted Living job. I took care of the residents on Memory Carr. This was a lock down unit. I also worked with other residents. I had to complete ADLs daily. Check in change every 2 hours. 1 hour for fall risk residents.

• Cleaned and restocked [bathrooms, paper towels] items to support employee needs
• Handled, used and stored hazardous chemical cleaners correctly to prevent injury or illness
• Emptied all trash cans and replaced liners, disposing of all refuse in proper receptacles for garbage and recycling collections
