Assists staff with software questions and usage. Inputs daily visits in GUI and encounters and uses this data to prepare the HBC reports for transmission to Austin Texas on a monthly basis. Also uses data compiled to prepare statistical reports and accounting data for medical center reports, including the use and development of graphs and spreadsheets. Maintains schedule for daily use of government vehicles by HBC staff. Accurate records are maintained and submitted to Motor Vehicle/Engineering Service monthly.
