Communicate with various management companies and non hoa/poa management companies via call/fax and email to request hoa closing figures/statement of account fees.
Data enter hoa closing figures provided by the management company.
Research hoa subdivision as well as locate new subdivisions not listed in database, for Houston Metro and North Texas counties. By utilizing multiple resources i.e. county clerk, state comptroller, and multiple search engines.
Work daily with offshore vendors. Providing hoa support, QA of daily work, also provide training and redirection as needed to ensure quality work is produced.
Set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly calls with offshore vendors to discuss any changes, issues or concerns in the HOA department.
Work with IT department when system issues occur pertaining to the hoa software. This include writing bugs, or user story, providing step by step details on current situation and how system should work, lastly testing system after issues are resolved, and providing feedback.
Work all incoming hoa rush orders submitted by our customer service and title companies.
Contact hoa management companies when closing figures provided are unclear, to ensure all figures data entered are accurate.
Code open hoa orders, ensuring that subdivision is linked to the account and submitted to management company for processing.
Scroll all open hoa orders weekly and re-submit via phone, fax or email, any open hoa orders over 5 business days that has not been processed.
Use various management companies direct webpage to request hoa statement of accounts. ie: Crest & Genesis management
