  • Received Best of Bremer for playing a principal role in converting all our employees from a FISERV to an FIS core banking platform. This including mapping roles across the organization to roles within FIS applications (Approximately 100 applications and over 10,000 user setups were provisioned, including the creation of the roles).
  • Played a primary role in the Command Center, supporting the conversion through three readiness reviews and the conversion itself.
  • Provide FIS Security Administration for core banking applications (approximately 10 applications).
  • Primary contact for all role based activates within the FIS applications.
  • Conduct user training, support and documentation to all team members for provisioning various applications within the organization.
  • Act as point person for projects requiring Solution Center involvement.
