• Adding all information obtained on each item to the shop location trackers, following description standards
and attributes.
• Liaising with the pricing team to establish selling prices and margins to add to trackers.
• Liaising with the e – commerce postal team in order deliver and receive items sent to us for authentication
and pricing on time.
• Taking detailed photos of Hermes handbags, Stamps/stitching/hardware and embossed finished and send
them to our specialist Hermes authenticator in New York.
• Attending to customer requests or inquiries in the store, by phone and email. Offering personal styling and
achieving the best buying experience possible.
• Making sure that the store is always up to Visual
Merchandising standards and new lines are most noticeable.
• Filling in for the store manager when required.
• Managing the store’s security alarm system, including ensuring it’s in perfect condition, enabling it and
disabling it when necessary.
• Storing and protecting the security alarm codes, changing them when necessary.
• Assisting store cashiers at peak periods and close tills at the end of the day.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
