I am very interested in the School Based Health Center Nurse position at Roseburg High School I am a recent graduate of Umpqua Community College, Class of 2025 Over the past 10 months, I have worked day shift on a busy medical floor in a hospital setting, where I have strengthened both my clinical skills and confidence as a nurseIn addition, I previously worked in reproductive health with Aviva Health alongside Kirstin Carhart and Dr Heather Stearman for nearly five years This experience provided me with extensive knowledge in reproductive health and caring for young women and teensI am especially drawn to the opportunity to serve as a school nurse because it aligns closely with both my professional interests and personal values I value being actively involved in my church and in my children’s activities and sports, and I appreciate the balance and community connection that a school-based nursing role can provide I believe this position would be an excellent fit for both my background and the lifestyle I hope to maintain while continuing to serve others through nursing
