  • Responsible for the Southeastern area of Massachusetts and Cape Cod.
  • Lead engineer for Self-Optimizing Network (SON) and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) on my team.
  • SME for Remote Electrical Tilt (RET). I created the MOP currently in use, and worked with our vendor to improve the labeling tools for the entire country.
  • Working to build and optimize Verizon's 4G and 5G networks, assisting in the design and activation of new towers.
  • Test driving to collect network data.
  • Optimize the network to provide the best experience possible for customers.
  • Investigate customer complaints to determine and resolve any problems.

  • Prioritize the cell build each year based on the network's needs.
  • Collaborate and work with design and field counterparts to ensure the network runs smoothly.
  • Constantly analyze the network for areas where improvements can be tested and implemented.
  • Test new features before they are commercially rolled out, to ensure customers do not have any issues.
  • Worked to improve tools within Verizon and with vendors to make the process more efficient for teams.
  • Created MOPs for common processes that allow multiple teams to be more efficient.
  • Analyzed system performance data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Mentored junior engineers on best practices in system performance.
