Summary

As a nurse for almost 33 years, my career path has been a journey of compassion, growth, and service. It began with dedicated education and training, that led to licensure and a deeper understanding of the complexities of healthcare. Throughout my career, I have embraced diverse opportunities, from working in chemical dependency to psychiatry and now currently working in the emergency department. Each experience enriching my expertise and perspective. Patient care and advocacy have been at the core of my professional ethos, and I have continually sought to expand my knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and development. The nursing profession has not only provided me with a platform to make a positive impact on the lives of others, but it has also offered me a sense of fulfillment and purpose that continues to drive my commitment to this noble profession.
