Laura Kassab

• Ensures accuracy and completeness of any, and all paperwork/work site travelers.
• Completes post forge quality control evaluations of major key client inventory demand.
• Performs routine inspection of parts serviced through Orchid Orthopedic Solution LLC, to ensure compliant measures are met prior to any further proceedings in the manufacturing process.
• Laura possesses great understanding of the tools needed to perform her role in Orchid's quality insurance.

Tools often needed for this role include, but are not limited to...

Calipers, Micrometers, Height Comparators, Print design, Tappi charts, Dial indicators, and Radial gauges.

• Laura also has knowledge of Orchid's M2M systems, and is capable of Quality System Documentations (NCMR, Rework Forms, Containment Records). This knowledge of Orchid's system allows Laura to perform Labor reports, and rework non-conforming products.
• Laura has understanding of CNC Machining. She is capable of setting up, and operating Orchid's Lathes, and CNC Mills.
• Laura has experience in Rough Grinding, and Finish Grinding. She is able to remove imperfections, and excess material, in order to achieve Orchid's Quality of specifications and cosmetic requirements.
• Laura has the capacity to assist in forging methods used by Orchid's team.
• Laura has experience operating all of Orchid's current blast/coating positions.

• Sets appointments for clientele.
• Prepares Car services and show times.
• Navigates sales systems to sell products.
• Actively advertises for parts and services, sales, and major car events pertaining to Reliable Auto Sales & Services.
• Performs preventative maintenance. (oil changes, transmission flushes, fluid replacement, lubrication, tire rotation, tune-ups).
• Performs rudimentary repairs of parts.
• Can construct estimates for repairs, services, etc..
• Porter (pick-up/drop-off customers).
