Follow up reported Safety Solutions and provide Just In Time education. Manage scheduling for RNs, CTAs and HUCs for the PICU. Perform quality improvement initiatives and maintain Environment of Care standards on the unit. Active member of the OCH ECMO team. TNCC certified. USGPIV trained.
