Per Diem and Call Provider in Psychiatry Consult team:

• Psychiatric Consult Services - for adults and children in general medical facilities.
• Emergency Department Consult Services - assessment, triage, and treatment of individuals with acute psychiatric needs, including daily follow-up for those awaiting psychiatric hospitalization.
• Services provided in-person and via Telehealth for hospitals across the state of Maine.

• Child/Adolescent/Adult- Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder treatment: medication management and Individual/Couple/Family Therapy

• Diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders for adult inmates in several Maine jails via Telepsychiatry.

Performed medication management services, including SUD and MAT services, across the life span via Telepsychiatry.

• Child/Adolescent/Adult Medication Management and Therapy for outpatient medical practices in a general hospital. Responsibilities included collaboration with Primary Care Providers, community agencies, and case managers.

• Community agency providing care for children and adults - individual, couple and family therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management.

• Provided direct care in an inpatient psychiatric facility as a part of a multidisciplinary team for milieu treatment of children and early adolescents.

Provided intensive care for children and adolescents, including cardiac post-operative care, acute, chronic and end-of-life nursing.
