- Several teammates and I went to the Acadian Baptist Center to clean up shelter homes and serve lunch to victims that were severely affected by hurricane Ida. This hit home for me as my town was affected by hurricane Harvey. I did what the lead volunteers told me to do and more. Me and two other teammates stayed longer to help sanitize the bathrooms for the families.

- My softball team and I helped the Rayne Animal Shelter. We bathed dogs, took them for walks, and cleaned the dog's kennels. As well give the abandoned and abused dogs some love.
