- As a barista, I have the responsibility of making any drinks that are ordered and providing any customer service that is needed. I'm the only barista on the mornings that I work, so I also open the building. I answer phones as well. I love making people's day by paying attention to their individual preferences, and providing that for them.
- As a host, my job is to make sure the customer feels seen and has their needs met. I also bus tables and clean bathrooms, among other things.
- As an expo, I make sure the food has its correct side, so that when the customer receives their food, it's correct the first time. I also communicate with all the lines to make sure that I have everything I need to finish the ticket.
- As a food runner, I have the responsibility to bring the food to the correct table and make sure the customer has everything they need.
