Lauren Cook

During my time interning at Bevis Veterinary Hospital, I gained hands-on experience in a small animal veterinary clinic. I was able to observe and aid in surgeries, clean-up, appointments, filling prescriptions, running fecal and blood tests, and communicating with customers.

In this position I was expected to manage and route all incoming calls, welcome and assist agents and customers in the office, and maintain supplies and office professional appearance.

In this position I was in charge of teaching young swimmers the basic skills of synchronized swimming while monitoring their safety in the water.
