• Learned and maintained proficiency in first responder skills such as First Aid and CPR
• Monitored safety of guests in and around swimming pool and enforced rules
• Provided friendly customer service to guests and addressed concerns
• Cleaned bathrooms and appliances regularly
• Tested the pool’s chlorine and pH balance every other hour
• Constantly volunteered to be on-call (a lifeguard who is not on schedule that will come in at a moments notice if the head count passes 50)
