Lauren Hartman

I currently go to school at The Terra Academy. I have been attending school there since fifth grade. Terra has taught me a lot of life skills through the activities, classes and clubs that they offer. I have been a part of Terra's HOPE squad for 4 years now. I have served as vice president and president. HOPE squad has taught me many skills but the biggest one is people skills and how to talk to people. I am also on our schools dance team, The Terra Tigerettes. I have been part of the team for two seasons. The dance team has taught me motivation and to give everything my all. I have also learned time management skills from the team. We have six am practice and then school right after. Which means I had to learn how to manage my time between school, home life and dance to make sure that everything was done on time. Along with what I do at school I like to paint and play music in my free time. I play four or five different instruments and I love to play them when I get the chance. These instruments include the piano, flute, ukulele and a little bit of guitar. I have also recently found that painting is a way that I can relax. By knowing all of this I think I would be a good fit for the job because of the people and time management skills I have. Also my personality is one that likes to be around people which is great in this type of job setting!
