• Mentored younger less experienced athletes by providing guidance encouragement advice navigating challenges inherent competitive sports.
• Promoted good sportsmanship with competing teams on- and off-field.
• Ensured timely communication with parents regarding player progress, upcoming events, and any concerns or issues that arose during the season.
• Developed and implemented training drills to improve team cohesiveness and performance.
• Advised head coach on discipline, performance, and other decision-making areas.

During the 2023-2024 assistant coaching season, I achieved significant success, including winning the USAV Nationals in the Patriot division in Dallas, TX, securing 5th place in the USA division at the Far Western Qualifier in Reno, and clinching 3rd place at Lone Star Classic in the American division. Coaching this team has taught me so much - the importance of patience, the value of getting to know each individual, and the power of understanding how to bring out the best in each person.

• Promoted proper stretching, warmups and conditioning exercises to prevent sports injuries.

During my senior year of high school, I assisted my varsity coach, Lauren Leth, with volleyball camps at Glenda Dawson High School. I helped the players learn the necessary skills and techniques required to play volleyball and also helped them improve their skills.
