I am a teacher who builds positive relationships with students and parents. I work hard to meet all students' needs to help them become successful, whether they are academic, social emotional, or behavioral. I understand that if a student's foundational needs aren't being met, it will be a struggle to meet their needs academically, so I strive to make sure each student feels safe, loved and heard. From there, I start each lesson on focused learning objectives with success criteria so each child can be successful in a learning environment that fosters problem solving, rigor, and self reliance. Data is used to drive my individualized instruction to ensure that all students are ready for standardized testing. I am a fully dedicated teacher who loves to learn and grow. Simply put, I love my students and I love my job.
